Seedy Crackers

These very seedy crackers weren’t very sturdy but they sure were tasty.  I used Italian spices for flavor.  They were super easy to make and I think I’d make them a little thicker next time and maybe cook longer.  The crumbs that didn’t hold together as crackers are now being used as a salad topper.  These “crackers” are high in protein, fiber, and good omega-3’s.
