More Lemons?

Some have asked what I do with all the lemon rinds left after juicing. I’ve tried zesting all the lemons and freezing the zest but found that they needed to be used rather quickly and lost their flavor just a fast.  Thanks to @deannacat3 I now know to dehydrate them, grind them and store in a cool, dry place and not only will the flavor last but it will last for a long time.  Great for sprinkling on vegetables, using in dressings, and baking.
